odrilabs started in Geoje, South Korea, on 17 March 2026. Our business began with electronics commerce, and we are building Odri Device around online repair operations.
Repair work means collecting the right details, preparing an estimate and keeping the customer informed. These are the tasks we're building Odri Device and its repair ERP around. We use AI to support software development and are planning staff-reviewed Claude workflows for repair inquiries.
The company behind Odri Device
odrilabs is the English brand name of 오드리랩스, a registered business in South Korea. Founder and CEO Hyeonbeom Shin (신현범) is a software engineer who leads our five-person team.
Our online repair customer portal is available in Korean. Electronics and parts sales are the source of the marketplace feedback shown on our device services page; those ratings are not ERP or AI product results.
Open the customer portalWe're developing a repair ERP for requests, estimates and job progress. Claude-assisted inquiry summaries and reply drafts are planned, not live features. The public tour explains the intended workflow using fictional data.
